Good idea

Making your to-do list into quests and rewarding you with XP and loot for doing them is a great idea but it requires personal discipline as well. Since you create your own quests and determine how much experience you get for them, you have to make sure you only give big XP rewards for significant tasks to not cheat yourself. It needs a little interface work and more depth, ideally a multiplayer mode where friends can give each other quests worth more points than personal quests, but hopefully that will come in future updates.
